# Using Content Blocks

Once, you’ve built your layout, it’s time to populate it with content. Navigate to the Elements icon and click Content in the menu.

Here, you’ll see the different content blocks available.

All elements available here act differently and the tooltips offer helpful guidance as you customize your template. For example, the image block can be added to a 1-column section while the Hero block acts like a section itself and can’t be nested inside another section.
