# How a User Can Buy the Voucher

Now, let’s walk you through the front end process of buying the voucher.

When a user visits the page where the voucher is embedded, they can buy the voucher by clicking the image.

On clicking the voucher image, a pop up window opens where the user sees the voucher template that was selected when the admin created the voucher.

Click Next.

On the next screen, the user is required to enter voucher details.

All the form fields that are shown here are configured on the backend when the admin is creating the voucher.

For example, if the admin checked the option for Number of Adults and Number of Child, the options would appear here.

If the voucher type was selected as custom, the option to enter the price would appear here as well. If the voucher type was set as Fixed, there would be no option to enter price.

If the user wants to send the voucher via post, they can do that by clicking the Post option and entering postal details.

The shipping methods created in Voucher Settings will appear here and the user can select any shipping method.

After accepting terms and conditions, user can move on to the next section where they can choose their payment method and pay for the voucher.

After the payment is done successfully, the user can download the voucher PDF or voucher PNG and emails are sent to both the parties.
