# Order Total Setting

These global settings are applied on every cart.

Note: Global cart settings are given priority above product, customer, and category level settings.

Cart Total Minimum Limit: This ensures that no single cart has a value less than this minimum limit.

Enable Cart Total Single Category Limit: This ensures that minimum and maximum limits are checked for each category.

For example, if a maximum limit of 100 applied on total items in cart is configured, this will ensure that a cart cannot contain more than 100 items of any single category.

Enable Cart Total Maximum Limit: Enabling this lets you specify a maximum limit for cart totals.

Cart Total Maximum Limit: It lets you set a maximum limit of cart totals.

Applied On: Choose from Total Items in Cart or Cart Total.

Make sure to click Save Changes when done with the configuration.
