Contact Form 7 Verification is simple and hassle-free and only takes a few minutes to set up. This plugin allows you to verify your mobile number and email address on Contact form 7. Users cannot submit the form until the verification process is completed.

To configure the plugin, navigate to CF7 Verification tab on the WordPress menu and click Settings.
